Video 1- “Opening The Voice”.

Welcome – 00:00.

I’ve been so hectic, but FINALLY I have actually handled to produce an upgraded online warmup. Learn ways to get one of the most of it by enjoying the “Invite” section.

Intro – 2:46 “Body Warmup”.

By discovering how to get up the proper upper body muscles, neck/throat stress can be considerably decreased. Find out more about the advantages in this area.

Coordination & Conditioning – 4:13 “Releasing/Awakening The Power Muscles”.

Coordination and Conditioning are one and the very same for this lesson. Merely follow in addition to me, performing each action as I explain it.

My suggestions:.

1) Do this (Yes, all 4 parts) EVERY day. Do not be deceived by the simpleness of some of the exercises; each one is very important:D.

2) For your very first week, enjoy both the Coordination and Conditioning sections of each video, to guarantee appropriate form. You’ll get much more advantage from 5 minutes of quality practice than you would from Thirty Minutes of unfocused practice.

  1. Shi-fiddle sticks. I love the way you connected with us so freaking fast!!
I’m such a beginner at singing, and what you did with the breathing
(shoulders going up) caught me off guard! You’re awesome!

  2. I got the stomach and rib breathing down, but I don’t know how to move my
back muscles. I guess I’ll learn how to do it in time. 😛

  3. It makes me laugh when I feel my back moving when I breathe haha this is
    very fun.

  4. and how many times a day I should do these and warm-up practices? and for
how long? bcuz it’s been a long time since I exercised I have problems with
    breathing. :(

  5. hi my lung has collapsed twice and now one lung has been glued to its
mambreen does this have any impact on the breathing exersises?

  6. I’m naturally a slow breather even though I am still very young does it
    affect my singing at all

  7. At the Diaphragm-part at the beginning I also noticed a pain in the
shoulders, when expanding the stomach. Isnt this crazy? How could ever
expanding the stomach affect my shoulders? Did anyone experience that too?

  8. sorry Eric, I find it hard to follow..I am too distracted by your
charm…:) cheers and thanks for your tutoring.

  9. how can I breath from back side and rip cage? they move just a little bit
but I feel like I’m still breathing from my stomach. it is a little
different from when I breath from my stomach but I don’t know maybe I feel
like this. but how can I understand I’m right or wrong?

  10. this video is perfect and i would give it a 40 on a scale of 20.plus Eric
    u
    Rock!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  11. oh my gosh you make it so much easier I looked at so many videos and
    NOTHING like this

  12. Great info. i have another VIDEO on my account that has helped thousands to
    sing better.

  13. I started singing after I did this and I sound better but I can’t keep it
long before getting a weird feeling in my throat, what is this?

  14. There are FREE singing tips, products that you can purchase, as well as
info on how to take one-on-one lessons; it’s all on our site,
http://www.AApproach.com. And did I mention that there are FREE tips? 😉

  15. These tips are great, at the end of the warm up I was already able to feel
a difference in my voice! As if I tuned a guitar correctly, that was the
feeling. I will keep on doing this every day! Subscribed : )

  16. is it sad that I’m not coordinated enough to lip roll and make a sound at
    the same time…

  17. I was looking for singing lessons on youtube and most of them didnt help
and my singing was awful until I start doing the lip roll exercises and all
the othet exercises and I noticed SO much improvement so I am subscirbed to
his channel and I would personally thank him for these video exercises.
    10/10

  18. You just gotta LOOVE people that share their knowledge and for free! <3
    THANKS Eric!

  19. I was doing this while at work and they walk by my desk and ask if I was OK
    LOL….

  20. OMG as soon as I open my mouth for a fake yawn I start yawning for real!!!!
    freaky…

  21. i thought my sinuses were ruining my ability to hold a note without it
breaking inbetween, but after allowing my whole body to work into it i find
it much easier to hold notes without cracking.

  22. Thank you so much, Eric!! I tend to lose my voice often due to acid reflux.
After doing these exercises, I realized that I constantly and unknowingly
hold my lower chest muscles/ diaphragm really tightly. Not only have these
exercises helped with vocal range, but also my acid reflux!! I was hurting
myself and didn’t know it, lol. Thanks again, and I look forward to further
    progression 🙂

  23. Hi, I wonder if it is possible for me (male) to extend my voice range
(higher) from #A5 to about E6 or it’s just total end of my scale? Im not a
proffesional singer. Just singing at home but preety a lot ;D
Now I can’t do any higher sound than tjis a5 🙁

  24. lol i tried!! vut when it got to the part where he dropped the shoulders
and the lip roll I laughed so hard i couldent breathe lol! I love this!!

  25. I can only lip roll when I press my cheeks to my second molars with my
index fingers. Is there some exercise I can do to tighten my cheeks?

  26. Hahahaha the amount of people that can’t do the lip roll is too damn high,
it must be because of my native language (spanish). It’s really easy for
all the people i know, i think that when you speak english you dont use the
same muscles that spanish speakers lol
